Thanks for nothing TCC. YOU SUCK!
The man that waited on me on Monday August 7 at 2:30 pm had dirty fingernails. He would be more suited to pump gas than touch people's phones.
WARNING !!!!!!! Do NOT give TCC a credit card. They place bogus charges on the card. When they are caught (Daniel - TCC Corporate) does nothing and TCC place the money on "hold" although Daniel says they will cancel the transaction. That leaves the salesman out to dry. Those bogus charges cause the bank card to put on overdraft charges to a total of over $180 to date. They have been aware of this since Daniel lied about it on Jan. 16.
I also spoke to the Verizon representative and they own no responsibility even though it is their products. Even after over 2 decades with Verizon, they do nothing. I will be going to another provider. I will also take the monies owed by TCC off my bill. Let Verizon get it from TCC.
Avoid this place! They pushed us to buy a phone called a Pantech in 2015 telling us that it was a great deal and that they are some of the best currently in the market for an average smartphone. They completely lied to us. Pantech was a Korean company that went out of business in 2013 and they pushed us to buy a bad phone to unload their inventory of these lemons. We unfortunately didn't find out until the phone died 1 year later (which was inevitable without updated software for 3 years). And because the phone was 2 weeks out if the manufacturers warranty, they could do nothing for us at Verizon. This store and it's staff lied to us and pushed us to buy a phone that we weren't originally planning on buying because they had to get rid of their inventory of dead phones from a 2 year bankrupt company, and we fell for it. Do not go to this store. Go anywhere else but here, even other Verizon store are usually fine, just not here.
You have to go in and see Rich. He is absolutely amazing.
This is a warning of a scam that TCC has done in the past and continues to pull off. There is no help anywhere.
Next step, the legal system and GOD knows how long that will take.
