Service engine light was displayed. Made appointment with Jim (service). My car was diagnosed on analyzer. Repair was completed and I received car before promised. Good service history with Sun Service.

We had a lot of bad and some good experiences during our purchase. We went there to purchase the vehicle because they had the one we wanted and there was a rebate on it. They did not have to sell us on a vehicle, we were just getting a newer version of the Acadia we already had. After checking out the vehicle we told them where we needed to be on payments and we were planning on putting 25% down. We filled out the paperwork and after a few eye rolls from the salesperson who didn't do anything except some paperwork, we were ready to get the car. We had a price negotiated, which changed when we signed the final paperwork and we were ready to drive away in a new car. It was Saturday and they said we could pick it up on Monday because they wanted to detail it. We went back Monday to get the car that still had dirty windows and glue from the window sticker on it and had not been cleaned. We had a good but time consuming experience picking up the car. But when we got home we realized the spare key was not for our car and when we went back they could not find it and had to order us a new one. When we went up to get the new one programmed which should have taken an hour took 8 hours and we still left with one key. Luckily we still had one key because our first one got screwed up programming the second one. They were nice enough to buy my kids lunch while our 1 hour wait turned to 8 hours. One of their people had to drive to another location to get the key which they later delivered to our house for us. They fixed all the issues they had quickly which was good but I will not buy another vehicle from them again. I went there because my late grandfather had always bought his cars from them and was always pleased with their service. So after receiving a dirty car and some eye rolls from the salesman we were satisfied with the outcome. But not enough to buy another car from them, and I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Great staff from the Sales team to the Service Department. I met the service technician, Corey that services my 16 Denali and I can tell that he will treat it as his own. From the time I saw this vehicle advertised in The Scranton Times last year to present I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. Thank You!!!

The cars are priced high, they dont offer prices as low as Blaise Alexander or other GMC dealers in the area
