Worst car buying experience!
This is Mary Caffrey, and I can't say enough about my experience with Ken & Joe. From my first conversation via telephone to ask about a certain car, I knew this was the place for me. Professionalism, courteous. They listen to my request for my trade in and help me find my perfect car. This is what real salesmanship and customer service is supposed to be. You can keep those big corporate dealers, Select Motors is for me.

A wonderful experience in purchasing a car from Select Motors.I purchased a Mercedes ML350 and previously purchased a BMWX3 from here. I was very happy with how well I was taken care of at the dealership by Ken and Joe. I had the BMW for about 2 years and I never had any problems. I drove 4 hours to Moosic, PA to pick up the car and it was 100% worth it. I wanted to upgrade to something a bit bigger and so I approached Joe and he worked hard for finding me the best deal and the exact car I was looking for. There are over a dozen dealerships in my town but since I had trust in Joe, I found it better to drive 4 hours and be taken care of rather than going to someone I never met. It was an in and out experience, Joe had everything ready before hand and I must say it was the fastest and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. They have connection to a great bank for financing and so this end was very easy. I highly recommend this dealership because they really will take care of you. I've already recommended my friends and family members that when they are ready to buy a vehicle I have the perfect place to go! They will surely get more business from me in the future.
Ken was a treat to work with. Super laid back and got to know me before the sales pitch. Got a really great car out of the deal and I couldn't be happier. Definitely going back if I decide for another used car. They don't buy any vehicle that's questionable. Everything I looked at was in 9/10 or better condition wise and had a very extensive service history. Would definitely recommend.
We bought an Audi from Select 8/16. Four days later started having issues with the car. Low oil warnings & couldn’t get the Bluetooth to work. They said they would call Audi about the Bluetooth, and sent us to a garage about the oil issues. We come to find out the car was not the exact model as advertised, that was why it did not have Bluetooth and other features, and trying to get the oil issues resolved, the warranty was voided because of other issues with the car. The salesman Ken talked to Joe the owner and told us they would repair or exchange the car. Didn’t have much faith in that. Our lawyer sent a letter to Select, their lawyer responded, in writing, they would repair the car. Select reneged on the repairs. We told them we would take their offer to exchange the car, went to the lot and told Ken which car we would take in exchange. Our phone calls weren’t returned, and when we went to the lot to talk to Joe, he said we didn’t get an answer from him on the exchange, and has not responded since. To date they have done nothing to resolve the issues with this car, other than avoid the issue. In my opinion, Select Motors is not where you want to buy a car!
