I like this store but I recently purchased 2 of the 7th Ave ankle pants on 8/16. I only received one of the pants in the mail. So I called on 8/24 to see what happened the Rep stated there was no reason why they shouldn't have shipped. And that she would contact them to see what happened and that would take 2-3 days then additional 7 days to get them and that when they are shipped I would receive a confirmation email. It is now 9/1 and they still have not shipped. No update from NY&CO this is a big inconvience.
Always great sales and it's quality and assortment are great. No matter what you're looking for like something for work or going out or just relaxing you can find it all here! And the girls that work here are always so helpful and extremely friendly
