Great place and food will make u full.. Ever time.
I live within 2 miles of this one my last visit was horrible. It was a 45 minute wait while the fry cook AKA drive thru attendant took all fish and chicken for drive thru. While walk in people piled up. To at least 10.
They consistently mess up my orders. Why I go back I don't know. It would be nice to get my food out of the bag and have what you ordered. Not asking for much here.
Caution wet floor sign by front door but you discover the leak directly above you as you place your order at the counter that dripped right on my head, clothing etc as I placed my order and tried to pay, they ran my card 3 times before they processed my payment. Never was offered a napkin even, only excused apologies of how they request but never seem to get it fixed. As we are leaving, wanting to ring the bell for pleasant staff and good food, the Icon Long John Silver Bell was missing, when I asked, the staffs reply was, we had to take down, its broken! Really Franchise Owner! What goes around, comes around, invest some to make money. It's disrespectful to your customers to let it go that much, makes you wonder how the kitchen is handled. No wonder most people only go through the drive thru.
Guessing food safety varies greatly from state to state. Observed more than a dozen employees with no gloves. Food all over the floor, employees standing in it. Tons of customers waiting with nobody eating.
