When Rent-a-car send a driver to pick me up the driver is so nice and respectful get to the office same thing very friendly staff the manger is a very happy and Bubbly guy always moving around talking to customers very friendly not just sitting behind a desk giving order!! I have asked for a intermediate car , got a car which was bad , but on the same day i have requested to get a good one since i have taken the car for 14 days.I havent received any call. I want to convey this i haven't enjoyed the trip with the car given .
