Worst Starbucks location I have ever been to, horrible service, extremely slow, the batista's here need to hustle!!! I walked out. Only 1 customer before us, no one in the drive through, 6 workers and we're being ignored for 5 minutes so we left! Don't even bother coming to this location.
Always great coffee. My order is never wrong. When there's only 2 Starbucks in your area, this is the one to choose. The workers could be a little more welcoming she you walk in, but the coffee is never something to complain about, and it's always clean.
Worst Starbucks experience ever! Waited over 25 minutes for 2 PSLs on Friday, November 10th around 2:40pm. To add to the disappointing experience, the drinks were horrible. Lesson learned; never take advantage of a 2 for 1 deal when advertised. Waste of time and money. Not worth it!
Waited 15 minutes for a latte while drive through orders were processed over my order despite time of arrival. When asked where drink was I was told they were very busy it's coming right up. Four more cars were serviced then my drink was finally made. Meanwhile a male appears to complain about how busy they are while emptying the trash, and another checks her hours on the register while one girl in glasses and blue sweater is the only one powering through making all the orders. November 25 619pm to 636pm.
Wouldn't keep the door open for an extra min for my wife to use the restroom. To me customer service is what keeps you in business, I'll take my business elsewhere
